Google Ads can appear on the Google Search and Display Networks as soon as you set up your campaigns and ads and they are approved by Google. This process can take a few hours to a day, depending on the complexity of your campaigns and the volume of ads being reviewed.

Once your ads are approved and active, they will begin running and can appear on the search results page or on other websites in the Google Display Network as soon as a user performs a search or visits a website that displays Google Ads.
It’s important to note that the appearance of your ads can be influenced by a number of factors, including the relevance and quality of your ads, the bid amount you are willing to pay for each click, and the overall performance of your campaigns. As a result, it’s possible that your ads may not appear every time a user performs a search or visits a website, even if they are active and running.
